The surroundings of the campsite

The coastal path : mountains on one side, coves, cliffs and beaches on the other, the coastal path offers 25 km of magnificent panoramas along the Basque Corniche from our camping in Hendaye.

You will discover the peaks of Jaikibel, from Rhune and the three crowns, Socoa Fort, the port of Saint Jean de Luz, the hill of Cénitz in Guéthary. Continue on to Hendaye, along the waterfront where the Ancien Casino, built in 1844, in Moorish style, stands up to the marina.

The GR10 trail: from Hendaye, facing the Cruise, it crosses the Pyrenees chain, linking the Ocean to the sea where landscapes and massifs pass by with breathtaking views.

The Spanish escape: the river shuttle “Marie-Louise” crosses the river the Bidassoa, leaving from the marina, and takes you to Spain, to Fontarrabie, a picturesque fishing village. The “aerial metro” from Hendaye station leaves you in the centre of St Sébastien, a famous seaside resort where you will discover the bay of la Concha, the aquarium, the Igueldo and Urgull.
Step away from the coast towards the Basque Country for a stopover in Biriatou, a village with a typical Basque architecture, overlooking Bidasoa, Sare and its mythical mountain, La Rhune, Ainhoa, among the most beautiful villages in France, and St Jean pied de Port with a rich historical heritage… Discover the Basque Country, its traditions, its culture, its friendliness from your rental of mobile homes in the Basque Country.
